Jordan Henderson’s impact on Liverpool during their title-winning campaign has been obvious. But outgoing team-mate Adam Lallana has shed new light on his impact during darker times.
Henderson joined the Reds from Sunderland back in 2011 and was joined by Lallana in 2014. The pair endured some tough times but have now made history together as Liverpool ’s first ever Premier League winners.
Henderson has gained a wealth of plaudits including being named FWA Player of the Year - and Lallana got choked up as he discussed his success.
In an interview with LFCTV regarding his time with the Reds as his contract expires, Lallana said: “I haven’t been with Jordan throughout the whole journey.
