A Place in the Sun with married couple Tony and Ginny who had £235,000 to spend on a villa in Greece.The pair want to retire on the beautiful Mani Peninsula but had a long list of demands including a sizeable swimming pool for Tony.He appeared irritated while viewing the first property, on the market for £229,729, when he saw there was limited space to install a swimming pool."There is no pool with this one but..." Laura started to say before she was interrupted by Tony who said: "Is there a possibility to put one in?""Well I don’t know how big you want it," Laura said defensively."Not just to dip my toes in," he said bluntly.Laura noted the couple "aren't shy about expressing their opinion" and later burst out laughing when Tony admitted.
