Zoe Ball gave Instagram followers an insight into a recent health emergency and shared that she had to had to seek "rescue" last night.The 53 year old BBC Radio 2 favourite took to her Stories to recount the unfortunate incident that saw Zoe lose a tooth.
She posted a humorous image of character Garth Algar - from popular movie franchise Wayne's World - with a missing tooth and added the caption: "About last night...
Me... Oops," while playfully indicating the gap with an arrow. In a follow-up post, Zoe shared another snap of the movie character, played by Dana Carvey, complete with a full set of pearly whites and his signature blonde hair, alongside the words: "Me...
now." She then expressed her thanks to medical professionals and wrote: "Thanks to Maddy at Dentalessence Burgess Hill for the emergency rescue." The much-loved presenter recently had to take a break from her Radio 2 morning show following the loss of her mother, Julia Peckham, in April, who sadly passed away just 12 weeks after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
