Strictly Come Dancing's head judge Shirley Ballas has defended the show's professionals, calling them the 'best in the world' amid Giovanni Pernice being axed from the show over "abuse" allegations from ex-partners.
It comes as Graziano Di Prima became the second dancer on the show to be let go, following allegations of misconduct and reports that he mistreated his partner Zara McDermott.
In a statement, the star admitted he had serious "regret" over the events, leading to his exit from the popular BBC dance show.
Both Graziano and Giovanni have refuted claims that they displayed 'abusive' behaviour towards their partners while training them.
