The Circle star Woody wrote "YOU ARE A HERO MUM" on individual post-it notes. Nelly, who is Fatboy Slim DJ Norman Cook's daughter, put together a lovely note with "I absolutely love you" in big blue letters.
They melted Zoe's heart and she took to Instagram to tell the world just how great her kids are. She wrote: "The joy of seeing these messages from my beautiful kids this am.
