Yungblud has said that his upcoming album has taken inspiration from Led Zeppelin and Elton John, and looks to capture a cinematic feel.It comes as the singer – real name Dominic Harrison – recently shared his first new music of 2025 in the form of a single titled ‘Hello Heaven, Hello’.
It marked his first track since 2024’s ‘Breakdown’ and a teaser of what will be his first LP since 2022’s self-titled album.At time of writing, little is known about the upcoming album, although Yungblud has been dropping numerous hints in recent months.
Last December, he told NME that it is likely going to be a double album, and he also discussed how proud he is of the record and got fans talking by making a return to social media.Now, Harrison has spoken to Apple Music and shared more details about what went into making the record.
This involves pushing the envelope in terms of what fans can expect, and taking inspiration from some of the biggest names in rock.“[With] this album and this song, I feel like I’m really about to arrive in a way that I don’t think I have done before,” he said. “I really allowed myself to really let my imagination lead. [It’s about] waking up every morning and letting that adventure unfold before my eyes.
