The 52-year-old singer, who now works as a fitness influencer, wore his hair in long black braids with a black hat as he was invited on the ITV show on Friday.
Chico took part in a debate discussing actor Patrick Dempsey being named People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive and whether it is ok to 'objectify men' or not.The Chico Time star looked unrecognisable from his 2005 X Factor debut, which saw him rock a short choppy haircut.
Welsh-born entertainer Chico was just 34 when he shot to fame on the talent show alongside other memorable blasts from the past, including winner Shayne Ward.
