Laying the smackdown on life! Charlotte Flair exclusively took Us Weekly along for her daily routine as a WWE superstar.Flair, 36, starts her day the best way she knows how: a couple’s sweat sesh with husband Manuel Alfonso Andrade Oropeza.
The pair, who got engaged in January 2020, tied the knot two years later in a romantic ceremony in Mexico — and have been working out together ever since.“He helps keep me in the best shape of my life!” Flair says of Oropeza, 33, who is a fitness trainer and Mexican pro wrestler. After 90 minutes in the gym, the North Carolina native makes sure to replenish and refuel before a long day ahead. “I stay hydrated with a gallon of water,” she explains, adding, “And then make breakfast.”Next, she’s either getting ready for a match or preparing for Zoom interviews and meetings, in which she promotes “televised and non-televised [WWE] events” and gives her “take on story lines.”While Flair refers to “being a spokesperson for the SmackDown’s women’s division” as a “full-time job,” she didn’t always see wrestling in her future.
