Whilst the pair were chatting about the BBC archives, Sandi couldn’t resist making a cheeky quip at Greg’s expense.As Greg was talking about going through the BBC archive, he admitted that it served as a reminder to him that there was a permanent record of everything he said during his time there.“It reminded me that all our correspondence gets kept, which is devastating really,” he said, earning a laugh from the studio.“Think of all those emails we’ve been sending to people!”Sandi chimed in: “Do you know my dad trained at the BBC in the 1950s and I have the original guidelines on how to present.“Shall I find them and bring them in for you?” she asked cheekily.“Is this because you’ve heard the show or…” Greg pitched in with a laugh.At this point, presenters Jermaine Jenas and Lauren Laverne gasped.“Sandi, that’s a sick burn!” Lauren exclaimed as the comedian pulled an awkward face. “I was trying to be polite but…” Sandi trailed off.The pair were then subjected to some uncomfortable listening, as both heard themselves the first time they were live on air on the BBC in some unearthed audio clips.During the show, the guests also chatted to The One Show presenters about what they were like at school.Sharing a story of a time that he had repeatedly mocked a French teacher, Greg admitted he could be “quite annoying”.However, Sandi shocked the presenters by admitting that she had been “kicked out” of school a total of three times.The star even suggested that it might have been a fourth time, but joked that her parents had eventually resolved to send her to a school with “very high walls”.Sandi appeared on The One Show today to promote.
