We all know how important the NHS is in the UK - but would you be willing to pay higher taxes to make the service better? Ahead of the Chancellor's first Budget on Wednesday, Sir Keir Starmer said the 'broken' health service needed to be fixed.

The Prime Minister said that the Labour party would not continue the 'fiction' that you can have lower taxes and public services that run properly.

In a speech he said: "I think for too long, we pretended that you could lower tax and spend more on your public services, but you can’t.
