Young striker Chido Obi-Martin has confirmed his exit from Arsenal ahead of a potential move to Manchester United. The Manchester Evening News reported earlier this month that United were working on a deal to sign Obi-Martin and they were hopeful of securing his signature.

Obi-Martin wrote on Instagram: "I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Arsenal for the last four years. The experiences and growth I've achieved here have been truly invaluable.
