Heartfelt tributes have been paid to a "wonderful" personal trainer who was stabbed to death on Bournemouth beach. Emergency services were called to the seafront following reports of multiple injuries on Friday night (May 24).
Amie Gray, 34, was found with fatal injuries on Durley Chine Beach. She was pronounced dead at the scene while another woman, aged 38, was also seriously injured and is currently receiving treatment in hospital.
Dorset Police confirmed that they had arrested a 17-year-old boy from Lancashire on suspicion of murder. The police are continuing to search the area using metal detectors, and appear to still be looking for the murder weapon, reports Lancs Live. A 38-year-old woman from Poole was taken to hospital with serious injuries where she continues to receive treatment." In a tribute to Amie, a local acquaintance said: "It is such a shocking thing to happen.
