One woman who says she's mistaken to be in her 20s has shared her tips for youthful hair.Locks can make or break a young appearance, and according to 40-year-old Sarah Hill, it's not just skincare that helps to maintain a young look, but rather your overall appearance.With a head of long, fluffy, healthy hair, she took to social media to explain her three anti-ageing hair care tips to boost its health and avoid breakage.
