Victoria Devorie said she had an issue on her outgoing flight, from Gatwick Airport to Montego Bay, Jamaica, on Thursday, June 8.
The 44-year-old, who has autism, said she was shouted at by a member of staff after accidentally going into the galley - which passengers had been asked to avoid - on the way to the use the toilet.
Ahead of her return journey, though, she claims TUI told her everything was fine when she was unable to check into her flight 48 hours before.
