A man died and his brother-in-law has to have his legs amputated after they were bitten by a dog which had a mouth riddled with bacteria.
A widow has revealed how a dog, described as a “big softie” killed her brother and left her husband requiring his legs amputated, with just a nip from the dog's bacteria-infested mouth.
Pauline Day, 62, has told how her brother bought a Japanese Akita called Ted as a pet for £1,500, who resembled a “giant teddy bear”, WalesOnline reports.
