A family has been left heartbroken after their rescue dog died on Bonfire Night. Dog owner Katherine Lucy Robinson said her 22-month-old dog Lara-Beau panicked and was hit by a car on November 5.
Katherine, who lives in Little Sutton in Wirral, said her three-legged dog was 'frightened to death' after hearing loud fireworks, causing her to jump out of a 'partially open' window, the Liverpool Echo reports.
She then head towards a busy motorway and was tragically hit by a car.
