A woman has been rushed to hospital after a two-vehicle crash in Dundee. Officers were alerted to the incident on Arbroath Road in the city at around 3:55pm on Monday, September 4.A woman was rushed to Ninewells Hospital but no more information is available on her condition at this stage.An image provided by Rebreak News shows a red car smashed into a lamppost in the middle of the road, with considerable damage to the front end of the vehicle.A second image shows the side of the car, with the airbag inflated, and debris littered across the road.

A Police Scotland Spokesperson said: "Around 3.55pm on Monday, 4 September, 2023 officers were called to reports of a two vehicle crash on Arbroath Road in Dundee."Emergency services attended and one woman was taken to Ninewells Hospital by ambulance."
