A thug left a friend with 20 knife wounds after a brutal murder bid.Courtney Bodwick, 24, turned on the woman, who she later told police had been a “mother figure” to her.The 41-year-old victim had no memory of the horror attack, but later awoke to find herself in a bed covered in blood.Bodwick now faces a lengthy jail-term after she pled guilty to an attempted murder charge at the High Court in Glasgow.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
