Police have issued an appeal after a woman was left with an 'unexplained mark' on her thigh the morning after reportedly being spiked on a night out.

The victim was approached by an unknown man at the bar and later started to feel 'dizzy and ill'. The next morning, she noticed an 'unexplained mark' on her thigh that police say 'resembled an injection mark from a needle'.
