Woman dies at Scots Bannatyne's gym as police evacuate building

dailyrecord.co.ukPolice evacuated a gym in Aberdeen after a woman died suddenly. Emergency services were called to the upmarket Bannatyne's Health Club and Spa in the city on Monday night.
A 73-year-old woman was later pronounced dead at the scene. Officers confirmed she had passed away after taking unwell at the premises.
Her death is not being treated as suspicious.The premises was evacuated by police as emergency crews looked to contain the area.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.35pm on Monday, 17 February, 2025, we received a report that a person had taken unwell at a premises on Laurel Drive, Aberdeen.
