A woman was left speechless after she was handed a heartwarming note from a stranger. Tracey Hamnett, 44, hadn't been out in weeks because of the cold weather.
So when it started to brighten up a little, she headed out for a walk along the New Brighton promenade in Merseyside, only to be stopped by a woman, reports Liverpool Echo.
The stranger handed her a note, which, amongst "all the negativity with Covid", she said really cheered her up. Tracey said: "This young lady walked up to me.
I thought at first she was going to ask for directions, and she just said 'can I give you this, please?' "She handed me a piece of paper and started skipping off with a nice spring in her step kind of thing.
