A woman was seen swapping seats with her passenger after being caught by police drink-driving for a THIRD time - at just the age of 22.
Jessie Fearn was back drunk behind the wheel of a car despite being banned from the roads just months earlier. However, when she was pulled over by police, she desperately tried to switch seats with her male passenger - all in plain view of the officers.
She was taken to a police station where she blew a reading that was just under three times the drink-drive limit. And Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court heard how it was Fearn's THIRD conviction for drink-driving.
Fearn, who cried the entire way through her latest hearing, was initially told by magistrates they would send her to prison, DerbyshireLive reports.
