WME Revenue Spikes in Q4 as Endeavor Prepares to Go Private Again

Cynthia Littleton Business Editor WME closed out 2024 with strong momentum and a spike in revenue as parent company Endeavor prepares to go private again after nearly four years as a publicly traded company.

Endeavor’s representation segment saw 17% year-over-year growth in revenue, rising to $501.6 million for the fourth quarter of 2024.

WME was the big driver with gains across talent, music and sports. For the full year the representation division overall saw up revenue hit $1.7 billion $143.2 million, or 9% compared to the prior year.

Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization reached $108.2 million for the quarter, up 5% year-over-year.
