Wishaw youth football teams aim to raise cash to take them to top tournament

Youngsters at two Wishaw football teams are quite literally clubbing together to raise funds that will send them on their way to a tournament.

Wishaw Wycombe Wanderers’ 2013s and 2014s sides have spots booked at the Blackpool spring youth football festival, hosted at Fleetwood Town FC’s training ground.Forty Wishaw boys will make the journey south on May 24 next year.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
