Willie Collum is the sensible choice to run the rule over the Old Firm derby on Sunday according to former refs Des Roache and Steve Conroy.
Collum was appointed for the decisive clash between Rangers and Celtic at Ibrox ahead of the likes of John Beaton and Bobby Madden.
The 43-year-old is one of the most experienced whistlers in the country but is one of many who have come under fire for contentious decisions this season.
However former grade 1 referees Roache and Conroy reckon Collum was the right choice to take charge of the massive derby that will have huge bearing on the fate of the Premiership title.
