The washing up liquid company Fairy has brought out a new dish soap that can be used in cold water instead of hot, Manchester Evening News reports.
It recently caught the attention of bargain hunters on the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK. Fairy has confirmed that it does work with colder temperatures, and there's now even a Christmas-inspired scent that shoppers have been obsessing over.Posting in the Facebook group, one bargain fan said: "Fairy have brought out a new liquid that can be used in cool water to save people running the hot tap with the extreme energy prices ….
I suppose every little helps."Some people were put off by the idea of washing the dishes in cold water. One said: "Why would you want to wash up in cold water?" Another agreed: "Couldn't think of owt worse than having my hands in a bowl of cold water right now."However, others were keen to try it out and see how well it worked.
