Former Manchester United striker Michael Owen described Bruno Fernandes' opener against Aston Villa at Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon as a "funny goal".
The Portugal international, who filled in for Antony on the right wing, netted the 100th league goal of his career shortly before half-time.
He pounced on Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez only parrying Marcus Rashford's effort into his path and cooly tucked away his 11th goal of the season in all competitions.
Fernandes' strike was nothing more than what United had deserved, with Erik ten Hag's side dominating proceedings during the first half.
