Manchester City have been told the actions of Erling Haaland prior to the tussle with Harry Maguire prevented them from receiving a second penalty against Manchester United on Sunday.
With City 2-0 up at the time, Pep Guardiola's men felt they should have received another penalty when Haaland was brought to the ground by Maguire inside the box.
Despite VAR intervening in a similar incident in the first half when Rasmus Hojlund brought down Rodri for a spot kick, the game was allowed to continue after the incident in the second 45.
Discussing both incidents, former Premier League referee Dermot Gallagher explained why the first penalty was given and the second was not.
