Manchester United will have a new man at the helm when they welcome Leicester City to Old Trafford in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night.
Ruud van Nistelrooy is in interim charge after the club axed Erik ten Hag on Monday in the wake of United's disappointing 2-1 defeat at West Ham.
The result leaves United 14th in the Premier League table ahead of a pivotal run of games across three competitions. Van Nistelrooy, who only joined the club in the summer, is now in charge while a new head coach is sought.
He will be supported in the dug-out by assistant Rene Hake - another who arrived in the summer - with the former Twente and Go Ahead Eagles boss retaining his position.
