Soccer Aid is back for another year with a host of celebs and former footballers taking part in the charity match. The game will be played in front of thousands at Manchester United's Old Trafford as well as be broadcast live on ITV1 and ITVX.

Kick-off is not until 7.30pm however the build-up will start on ITV from 6.30pm on Sunday night. And presenting the game from the ground will be veteran broadcaster Dermot O'Leary and former player-turned-presenter Alex Scott. Speaking ahead of the game the This Morning host and Radio 2 presenter said: “The great thing about Soccer Aid is that you have these incredible moments that are punctuated by these wonderfully informative and heartfelt films that give you the backdrop as to why we’re doing it. “But then you get these crazy moments on the pitch that you can never have and that’s the great thing about live TV.

Whenever anyone says ‘anything can happen at live’ it normally means they don’t want anything to happen. “The great thing about Soccer Aid, as soon as you go live, you can’t control what’s going on on the pitch.” Alex, 38, spent most of her playing career at Arsenal and played 140 times for England.
