Gladiators was one of the biggest sports entertainment programmes of the 1990s, and this weekend it returns to screens in its brand-new home on the BBC.
Hosted by father and son duo Bradley and Barney Walsh, the show will see a new generation of superhuman Gladiators competing against a brave set of contenders.
Taking part in the ultimate test of speed and strength, the competitors will complete a series of brand-new games alongside classic challenges including fan-favourite The Eliminator.
The 11-part series is set to be a must-see for Saturday nights. Gladiators will go on the first whistle on Saturday, January 13, on BBC One at 5.50pm and on BBC iPlayer.
