When is the Ozark season 4 release date and what to expect from the new series?

The trailer for season four of Ozark shows us Marty and Wendy Byrde delivering a warning that the Navarro cartel has been made aware heroin production has resumed and that their response will be “quick and brutal”.
The trailer also tells us that “No one gets out clean” promising an action-packed series. Part one will be released on Friday, January 21. Outside of the trailer, details on the plot of season four are light.
