It’s not long now until the Manchester Christmas Markets return for 2023. Dozens of stalls will be spread out across the city centre selling an array of festive treats from Friday, November 10.

This year more than chalet-style wooden huts will be found across several “zones” across the city’s retail district. The main hub will be found at Piccadilly Gardens, which has been transformed into the “Winter Gardens”.

Clusters of stalls selling handmade gifts, warming drinks including mulled wine and hot chocolate as well as a range of sweet and savoury treats will be found at St Ann’s Square, Exchange Square and King Street.

There will also be markets on Exchange Street, New Cathedral Street and Market Street.
