The days are getting longer and the weather is brighter, which means it's now time for another change of the clocks. We will move from Greenwich Mean Time to British Summer Time.
There’s more daylight in the evenings and less in the mornings, which is why it's sometimes called Daylight Saving Time. Clocks always change on the last Sunday of March each year, so this year, it will take place on Sunday, March 28 in the early hours.
At 1am, clocks will move forward by one hour. So when you wake up on Sunday, make sure to move your clocks forward and adjust your watches.
