There’s more daylight in the evenings and less in the mornings, which is why it's sometimes called Daylight Saving Time. Clocks always change on the last Sunday of March each year, so this year, it will take place on Sunday, March 28 in the early hours.
At 1am, clocks will move forward by one hour. So when you wake up on Sunday, make sure your clocks and watches are showing the accurate time.
