Piers Morgan's new TV programme launches tonight, kicking off with an exclusive interview from none other than former US president Donald Trump.

The TV presenter, 57, is making his return on news channel TalkTV tonight (Monday April 25) with his show Piers Morgan Uncensored having already made headlines for an “explosive” interview with Mr Trump.

TalkTV, the new venture from News UK, the publisher of the The Times and The Sun, airs on linear TV platforms as well as online services such as Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and YouTube.

Morgan’s new global show will launch via TalkTV in the UK, Fox Nation in the US and Sky News in Australia. Speaking on Times Radio on the morning of the show’s launch, Morgan, sensationally quit Good Morning Britain just over a year ago, said: “I am like a caged animal ready to be unleashed.
