Pep Guardiola was involved in a series of angry exchanges on the touchline on Sunday afternoon as Manchester City slipped to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Liverpool.

This riled up Guardiola and in turn the Anfield crowd, with the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich boss turning to address the crowd.

Sky Sports' Melissa Reddy suggested he was repeating 'This is Anfield' while playing up to the crowd behind him. The Spaniard's frustration was only added to by a 76th-minute winner from Mohamed Salah to end City's unbeaten start to the Premier League season.
