The Hammers visited north London last weekend in a 1-0 loss to the Gunners, where they came into contact with the Spaniard who tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this week.
They will now be out of action until April after the Premier League suspended all matches due to the disease. And David Moyes' side have taken action of their own.
