Darren Moore admits he cannot put his finger on why Elias Kachunga's time at Sheffield Wednesday did not go to plan but is well aware of the danger the attacker presents his side if he lines up for Bolton Wanderers tomorrow.
Kachunga spent last season at Hillsborough and played 29 times for the Owls, scoring once, as the club was relegated from the Championship.
Moore joined the Owls in March 2021 with a relatively short time to go until the end of the season, but subsequently tested positive for Covid-19 and eventually developed pneumonia because of the illness. He has made a positive impact at Wanderers, scoring four goals in 36 games and playing a variety of roles for Ian Evatt's side in the final third.
