Rio Ferdinand has claimed that Cristiano Ronaldo will be fuming with his current role at Manchester United. Ronaldo informed United just before the start of pre-season that he wished to leave Old Trafford should a 'reasonable offer' come in for his services.
He would go on to miss the club's tour of Australia and Thailand due to 'family reasons'. However, he has since returned to United but has only started one game, the 4-0 hammering at Brentford.
Ronaldo has made cameo appearances in the matches against Brighton and Hove Albion and Liverpool. He told BT Sport: "He’ll be fuming, 100 per cent, we all worked with superstars. "We’ve seen players being dropped before and they don’t understand it because they have total belief in who they are, what they are and what they bring to the table.
