Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo - who scored 24 goals in all competitions last season - is reportedly still a transfer target for Premier League rivals Chelsea.

According to journalist Todo Fichajes, the London club are keen to revive their interest in the Portuguese international following the departure of manager Thomas Tuchel.

It comes after reports claimed that former Blues boss Tuchel rejected the opportunity to sign Ronaldo in the summer. Fichajes also suggested that the 37-year-old striker was not in Erik ten Hag's plans at Old Trafford, and that the Reds would be open to allowing the veteran forward to leave the club.
