Championship side Derby County are one of 13 clubs plotting a January move for out-of-favour Manchester United defender Phil Jones.
That is according to a report by The Sun who claim that the centre-back is the subject of interest from a whole host of clubs ahead of the transfer window opening in less than two months' time.
Jones, who joined United from Blackburn Rovers back in 2011, has not made a single first-team appearance since January 2020 because of injury and now faces an almighty challenge to force his way back into the fold at Old Trafford.
