Michelle Obama did her best to cheer up U.S. Class of 2020 high school graduates during her appearance on Friday’s (May 22, 2020) MTV Prom-athon.

Amid the coronavirus pandemic, high school students have been unable to attend traditional proms due to national stay-at-home orders and bans on large gatherings. But MTV made celebration possible — at least virtually — by airing a dance Prom-athon for the class of 2020 onFriday night.

Selena Gomez has a message for graduating students from immigrant families. 

U.S. Postal Service worker Joshua Crowell recently began noticing «2020 graduate» lawn signs outside some homes along his route in New Hampshire. He felt bad for the high school seniors who are missing out on the chance to walk across the graduation stage and receive their diplomas due to the coronavirus crisis, so he decided to drop something special in their mailboxes to brighten their day.
