Tate McRae performed ‘Sports Car’ and ‘Dear God’ on Saturday Night Live yesterday (March 1). She joined an episode which also saw Mike Myers impersonate a chainsaw wielding Elon Musk, during a spoof of the recent meeting between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.McRae appeared between skits to deliver a live rendition of ‘Sports Car’, which saw her enlist her signature high-octane choreography as she danced with a crowd of reporters in a ‘Thriller’-esque storyline that saw them gradually close in on her.

Later, she sang a stripped-back version of ‘Dear God’. Check out both performances below.Last month, McRae opened up about comparisons between her and Britney Spears, saying she finds them both “flattering and scary”.

She added: “It’s such a crazy statement because no one can compare to Britney Spears. It’s like comparing someone to Michael Jackson!
