Local reports from Greek news outlet Proto Thema stated that Maguire had been involved in an altercation and has since been arrested.
In the video posted online, Maguire can be seen in a bar, mixing with locals. Wearing a blue shirt with the top button undone and wearing a chain, Maguire stops by one man and asks if he is okay.
The two men place hands on each others' shoulders as they continue the conversation which becomes drowned out by other revellers.
