Gardaí are currently at the scene of what's being described as an 'ongoing incident' at Dublin Airport. An Garda Síochána issued a statement on social media shortly after 1pm on Sunday, alerting the public to the situation.

While details remain scarce, they have warned that traffic around the airport is impacted and delays can be expected. "Traffic Update Dublin: Gardaí at Dublin Airport are currently at scene of an ongoing incident and wish to advise that traffic in the area is affected," their update stated. "Motorists are advised to expect delays in the area."
