Disappointed customers complained of 'total blackout' to the service has been down several times in the past month as millions continue to work from home.
There have been 409 reports of issues in Glasgow and 281 in Edinburgh, with issues reports since 07:40am on Wednesday, according to site istheservicedown.co.uk.
