Discussing how she maintains her youthfulness, Elkie explained that she relies on quality creams, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, highlighting Aikido, a form of martial arts, as a key component of her routine.

Astonishingly, the singer disclosed that she has been practising martial arts for decades, earning her first black belt at the age of 50, which left Cat and Dermot visibly impressed.
