Victoria Beckham reveals husband David and kids 'carry crystals' as they 'love their energy'

Victoria Beckham has opened up on how her family ‘loves the energy that radiates from crystals’. The former Spice Girl, 49, spoke of how she believes ‘a lot in crystal energy’ after learning about it in Los Angeles following the Beckhams move to the US in 2007.

She went on to say that her children carry crystals and husband - football legend David - has done so at times too. Some people believe that crystals, such as quartz and obsidian, have specific healing properties - boosting low energy, preventing bad energy, releasing blocked energy and transforming a body's aura.

Fashion designer Victoria discussed her love of the practice in an Instagram video shared by Crystal Auras - which is described as an ‘international ethical crystal retailer’.

In the clip, she said: “I believe a lot in crystal energy. When I moved to LA I enjoyed learning and educating myself about crystals. “I used to go to the crystal farm and learnt how to meditate, about self-acceptance, about wellness.” Holding up a smoky citrine crystal - which is said to absorb heavy negative energies away from the carrier - Victoria added: “I love this crystal.
