Victor Lindelof expects his year-long contract extension to be triggered by Manchester United. The 29-year-old is one of six first-team players who sees his deal expire in June.
Tom Heaton, Jonny Evans, Anthony Martial, Aaron-Wan-Bissaka and Hannibal Mejbri are all in the final year of their deals too.

Lindelof was signed in 2017 from Benfica in an initial £31million deal. He has racked up 246 appearances since then, lifting his first piece of silverware at the club in February’s League Cup triumph.
